Constant buzzing
Like the static of the universe
A tv set in the mind
Changing the channel doesn't help.
Best turn it off.

There's a trick
To overcoming all the delusions of mind--
Envy, self-righteousness, greed, depression, sloth, anger, frustration, etc.
It comes with just a little opening up.
Just a little gap.
A little breath.
A little awareness.
Of the sun perhaps.
An old friend.
A brook babbling beneath a bridge.
Ah yes.
Remember?
Envy, self-righteousness, greed, depression, sloth, anger, frustration, etc.
It comes with just a little opening up.
Just a little gap.
A little breath.
A little awareness.
Of the sun perhaps.
An old friend.
A brook babbling beneath a bridge.
Ah yes.
Remember?

An Identity Crisis
is painful
because the brain knows
that the brain has fooled itself
within the illusion
of form.

If you experience a spirituality you cannot express
perhaps that's just as it ought to be

How can we believe
When we do not know?
How can we know
When we cannot fully sense?
This is not a question of Cartesian doubt.
I am therefore I think.
I am that I am.
Belief is not necessary for I am
(it makes me giggle).
Everything about us:
Mind and Body,
Is constituted by limits
Which may be overcome
Only up to a point.
Therefore any belief
Is absurd.
The point
Instead
Is to experience.
Openness
Breath
Smilesfeelingslove
Why would we want to limit this?
With anyone?
Or anything?
beliefs makes me sad.

Mirabeau Bridge
Guillaume Apollinaire
Translated by Richard Wilbur
Under the Mirabeau Bridge there flows the Seine
Must I recall
Our loves recall how then
After each sorrow joy came back again
Let night come on bells end the day
The days go by me still I stay
Hands joined and face to face let's stay just so
While underneath
The bridge of our arms shall go
Weary of endless looks the river's flow
Let night come on bells end the day
The days go by me still I stay
All love goes by as water to the sea
All love goes by
How slow life seems to me
How violent the hope of love can be
Let night come on bells end the day
The days go by me still I stay
The days the weeks pass by beyond our ken
Neither time past
Nor love comes back again
Under the Mirabeau Bridge there flows the Seine
Let night come on bells end the day
The days go by me still I stay

Even after achieving the goal of all spiritual practices,
you cannot be indifferent to 'new beginnings' ~
A beginning is forever full of magic,
enchantment and treasures to be explored.
No matter what the occasion,
a new beginning must be approached
with a mystical awareness of its potential.
~ Chidvalisa Ananda

You do not have to be a Saint to make the world a better place.
You do not have to give up everything for the good of others.
It does not have to be either complete renunciation
or complete obsession with oneself.
It does not have to be all or nothing.
Perhaps it is just the little things you can do.
After all, small acts of kindness can change your world. (try it.)
~ Anila Choying Drolma

If one advances confidently in the direction of their dreams,
and endeavors to actually live the life which they have imagined,
they will meet with a success unexpected in common hours
... so build your castles in the air, that is where they should be !
Now, for God's-sake, go put the foundations under them !

A 'Second Chance' -
That's a delusion.
There never was to be
but one each time.
We do work in the dark -
We do what we can -
We give what we have -
Our constant inquiry is our passion -
and our Passion is our blessed task.
The rest is the madness of art !!!

The greatest freedom
is the freedom of imagination
which no one can ever take away
without your consent
The richness of humanity
is that we may travel
and find the fruits of imagination
everywhere.
Taste the fruits
Feel the variation
and move on.
which no one can ever take away
without your consent
The richness of humanity
