A little awareness.

A brook babbling beneath a bridge.

Ah yes.

Self Control

Who is the "self" that needs control
And what is the "self" that is controling?
How could there be two selves?

I believe psychologists have a word for that (schizophrenia)
But they do not apply it to "self control"
